Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of meduxa.ai — the marketing site of MeduXa, including the AI tutor demo at the top of the home page and the waitlist signup form. Using the site means you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The product itself, once it opens at app.meduxa.ai, will be governed by separate terms presented to you when you sign up for it.

1. The AI tutor demo

• The demo is limited to a single clinical case and is not a general-purpose chatbot. Replies are generated automatically by a language model and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date — even when they sound confident.
• Do not enter identifiable patient information, personal health information, or any other sensitive data into the demo. Messages are sent to an external language-model provider to generate the reply, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• The demo is rate limited (three requests per hour per visitor) and may be switched off at any time.

2. The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest. It is not a contract, it does not entitle you to access the service, and it does not oblige us to launch the product on any particular date, at any particular price, or at all.
• Launch dates, product scope, supported specialties and pricing shown on this site are plans as of the date of publication and may change.
• We will email you about the launch only. You can ask to be removed and deleted at any time at privacy@meduxa.ai.

3. Permitted and prohibited use

You may browse the site, read the content and use the demo for your own personal use. You may not:

• access the site or the demo endpoint by automated means (scripts, crawlers, scraping), other than search engines acting within robots.txt;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, deliberately generate load, or otherwise impair the availability of the service;
• attempt to extract the tutor's system instructions, repurpose the demo for anything other than study, or use it as a general-purpose AI service;
• copy, reproduce or commercially exploit the site's content, design or code without written permission.

4. Intellectual property

The content, the MeduXa name, the logo, the design and the code of this site belong to MeduXa or to its licensors. The scientific papers cited on the page belong to their authors and publishers and are referenced for attribution only.

5. Availability

The site is provided AS IS and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy of the content, or that the demo will work at any given time, and we may change, suspend or discontinue parts of it at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeduXa is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including content generated by a language model. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for personal injury or for wilful misconduct.

7. Privacy

What this site collects and how it is used is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with its update date and applies to use of the site from the moment it is published.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from them. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, nothing here deprives you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence or of your right to bring proceedings there.
